Story

Lawyer Siddharthan instead takes Lakshmi on a road trip throughout India on the day he was scheduled to execute a mutual divorce order. He calls Lakshmi and attempts to persuade her to alter her mind about having a divorce so that his daughter Tara can grow up in a stable environment, but he is unsuccessful. He encounters Sathi and her daughter, who are both attempting to leave their terrible marriages, as he travels home. His perspective on life has shifted as a result of his new companion.
