Tropical Banquets offers so much more than a typical banquet hall! Our unique, waterfront facilities located at The Conch House Marina Resort feature several private event areas, one of which is sure to perfectly accommodate your next event or party.

The Topside
Dining Room
Our Topside Dining Room is located on the second floor of The Conch House Restaurant, directly facing the waterfront. It offers a picturesque panoramic view of the Salt Run, our Marina, and the St.Augustine Lighthouse.

THE EVERGLADES
OUTDOOR Dining
Swaying Palm Trees, Cypress Trees, and a spectacular waterfront view surround the outdoor dining area known fittingly as “The Everglades”. It features six of our famous Tiki Huts, a live alligator exhibit, and a sugar cauldron. It offers the perfect setting to create memories!

THE PARTY
BARGE
The Party Barge is the most unique area to hold an event in all of St.Augustine, found right here at The Conch House Marina Resort. Located 280 ft. out on the intracoastal, you’ll experience amazing Florida wildlife such as pelicans and dolphins. No matter the celebration, the Party Barge is the perfect location.
